We offer a range of assessment services at Empower Psychology and will be expanding these further in 2023. Please do enquire if you are seeking an assessment service not listed here.

Mental Health Assessments 

​

If you require a mental health assessment and report we can provide this either via an online or face to face assessment. This will involve talking with you about your life history/experiences and current and past mental health experiences. You will also be asked to complete a set of questionnaires.  We can offer our opinion about diagnosis if required, We can provide a report to summarise this assessment. This service may be often be required for the workplace, or for court proceedings.

Facial Surgery Assessments

​

We can provide an assessment and report to assess suitability and readiness for elective facial surgery. This involves meeting online or face to face for an assessment, and you will be asked to complete a series of questionnaires.

We can provide a capacity assessment and report as required, in accordance with the Mental Capacity Act. Please contact for more information.
