Your Mental Health Toolkit

​Your Mental Health Toolkit (published in July 2023) offers you a toolkit of resources to help you develop a range of strategies to navigate difficult emotions and build resilience. 

Each toolkit includes 45 cards and a accompanying guidebook. 

The 45 cards are divided into 15 Respond cards, 15 Restore Cards and 15 Reflect Cards. 

There are lots of ways you can use these cards everyday, to help you manage difficult thoughts and feelings, develop wellbeing and selfcare resources and practise reflection and journaling skills.
