A guide to running successful daily Scrum meetings.
Hi! For a long time we had problems with daily Scrum meetings in our team. Instead of being short and productive, they turned into long discussions that took us out of the work rhythm. One day our teamleader suggested sticking to strict timing and a clear structure: what we did yesterday, what we plan to do today, and what are the blockers. It was unusual at first, but now our meetings take no more than 15 minutes and everyone is happy. How do you conduct daily Scrum?
It's interesting that many people have daily meetings go wrong at first. We did something similar in our team, but without a specific framework. It might be worth trying Scrum if it helps keep things clear and organized. Curious to hear more examples of how it helps in real life.
